What is Seborrheic Keratosis?
Seborrheic Keratosis is a skin disorder that typically shows as discolored lesions on the surface of your skin. Warts may appear and skin is often oily or greasy. These lesions are sometimes mistaken for cancerous growths and tend to appear predominately during middle age.

Itching, irritation, inflammations, or unsightliness of lesions may require surgical removal of the affected skin areas. Seborrheic keratosis is noncancerous (benign) and develops in some people as they age and sometimes appears on the back or chest but can occur on any part of the body. Seborrheic keratoses grow slowly, in groups or singly and most people will develop at least one seborrheic keratosis during their lifetime.
